It is Balslev’s experience that the customer’s satisfaction with the final result of a project is generally highest, when the client/user has been involved as much as possible in the feasability study, project engineering and tender process. Therefore, we actively involve the future users already in the preparatory stage as a natural part of our determined goal to meet their expectations and requests. Our co-operation is always based on dialogue and trust – plus negotiation.
Based on our feasability studies we prepare the tender material, comprising drawings, descriptions and supply lists. We forward the tender material to relevant contractors, evaluate incoming quotations in co-operation with our client, and negotiate the contract with the bidder.
